Shipping policy for safekidstoysandmore.com. The items are from many warehouse locations. Do to the different types of products we offer and the size differentials of the items ordered, we have no choice but to use various shipping methods. We will always be on the lookout to find the best cost to get your purchase to your location with the least amount of time from your ordering to you receiving your item.
UPS Shipping:
Shipping rates are calculated from the warehouse location, by zones across the United States. There are 8 different zones on the main land; Alaska and Hawaii are not in the 8 zones. The weight and size of the package are also included in the cost of shipping. When you check out in the shopping cart and you input your receiving address information the shipping charge will show up in the total that your credit card will be billed.
FED-EX Shipping:
The rates very from the different warehouse (zip codes) locations and the receiving address (zip codes) along with the size and weight on the item you have ordered. The cost of shipping will be added after you have inputted your receiving address in the shopping cart section of the site. You will see the total amount that will be charged to your credit card, and after you accept the amount the order will be sent ASAP.
We will also e-mail you about this action so you have a follow up on your order.
USPS Shipping:
United States Postal Service, (slow mail) items will very on the cost to ship. You will see the charges when you check out in the shopping cart section. Depending on the item/items you have selected it will be calculated with USPS rules and regulations. This will happen after you input your receiving mail address. We will also confirm your order by e-mail back to you as long as we have your e-mail address.
Shipping other than above:
Some items may have to be shipped by a commercial carrier, i.e. truck. This should only happen on a few larger and heaver items. If this is the case, we will notify you to make the arrangements for the drop off at you specified location. The charges still apply, but they may have to be quoted after we receive your order. We will confirm the cost before we order and send the item. After we confirm the order, your credit card will be billed and the order will be processed and shipped.
PRODUCT WARRANTY AND RETURNS
All of the products will come with the manufacture’s warranty. With so many different types of products and manufactures you will have to check the instructions and information sheets that come with the item you have purchased and comply with them if you have a problem after receiving your purchase.
Some times the package will get damaged in shipment. When the package arrives at your location you should inspect it and make the delivery person aware of this. The delivery person should make a note of the damage at this time. You should keep all of the packaging just in case you have to return the product. If you have to return the item for a missing part or a problem be on your control. You will have to follow the instructions and let us know so we can contact the supplier and request a return shipping tag. All shipping charges of returns, as a rule, are the customer responsibility.
