We normally ship all in stock items within 2-3 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS ground or FedEx ground and actual delivery time will vary according to your delivery Zone (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed). Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in the warehouse.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery. All items must be new, unopened and returned in original packaging. You must receive authorization from us before returning any items. If you fail to receive authorization prior to sending us a return, your refund may be delayed. Please email us at Safekidstoysandmore.com for authorization prior to making a return to minimize any delays in receiving your credit. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs that we incur. These costs include both the original cost we incurred to ship the product to you and any subsequent costs to ship the product back to us.
NOTE: The cost to ship many of the large items (train tables, furniture, Quadro Kits) can be significant, so please be sure the product you order is exactly what you want and the published shipping time frames will work for you. We pride ourselves in our ability to quickly process and ship our orders so please notify us as soon as possible regarding any cancellations or changes to avoid any unnecessary charges.
Backorder Policy
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.
Damaged Goods Policy
Please inspect all packages promptly, any damage must be reported before 10 days for the claim with UPS/Fedex to be made and a new part/item shipped. If an item is damaged during shipment, please save all packing materials and contact us immediately at info@Safekidstoysandmore.com or 1-403-282-2225.
We cannot process a claim after the 10 day time frame for damage claims. It is the customers responsibility to open and inspect all merchandise UPON receipt to insure no damage has occurred. |
